We want you to be satisfied even after your purchase and make changing the ring size and returning it through our returns portal as easy as possible for you.

We’re relaxed too, because all products from handmade-engagementrings.com meet high quality standards. We’ll even take back your engagement ring if your partner has already worn it. For refinishing, we only charge a flat fee of 40 euros, which we deduct from the refund. Altered rings are excluded from exchange.

Exchange, return, or change? It's super easy with the returns portal

If you want to change your ring size or return a product you bought from us, you can easily start the free return shipping in our returns portal.

If products purchased from handmade-engagementrings.com unexpectedly show material or manufacturing defects, we will of course exchange the product completely free of charge or have it repaired for you.

The process is completely free for you; we only charge a flat fee of 40 euros for resizing engraved rings. Changed rings cannot be exchanged.
For a return or exchange, we will refund you the full purchase price and all shipping costs. You can easily request a free return label in our returns portal.

Even though we voluntarily offer you much more extensive warranty services, the statutory manufacturer's warranty of course still applies to all products purchased from us.
