Discreet shipping in a plain cardboard box

So that your order remains a surprise, we ship it in an inconspicuous package with a neutral sender. Nothing from handmade-engagementrings.com is visible on the outside of the package.

As soon as your package has been shipped, we will send you your tracking number by email. That way, you'll always be up to date on the current status of your shipment.

In our workshop, we place great importance on carefully and flawlessly crafting your engagement ring. Continuous quality assurance is a given for us. Should any defects occur on your partner's engagement ring despite all this, we usually repair the piece for you completely free of charge.

101-day voluntary right of withdrawal & change ring size for life

We are confident in the excellent quality of our jewelry and offer you – beyond the statutory withdrawal period – a total of 101 days to take a good look at your piece. If you or your partner are not satisfied with the engagement ring, you can return it to us free of charge within 101 days. This also applies to engraved rings.
We can change the ring size for you independently and beyond the 101-day cancellation period, but for already engraved rings and from the second change onwards, it won't be free of charge.

By the way, we’ll take back your engagement ring even if your partner has already worn it. For the refurbishing, we only charge a flat fee of 40 euros, which we deduct from the refund of the purchase price.

Free engraving with live preview

You can have all our rings engraved for free with up to 30 characters. For the engraving, you can choose from three different fonts and four popular symbols. And the best part: even before you add the ring with the engraving to your cart, you can see the engraving in real time.

Free shipping and returns

Within UK, we cover the shipping and return shipping costs for you. 
"And what if the ring doesn't fit?" you might ask. That's no problem either: a free ring resizing is also part of our services.

Free ring size adjustment

If the ring doesn't fit, you can order a one-time free resizing for unengraved engagement rings from us. Engraved rings often need to be remade, so we charge a 40 Euro fee for resized engraved rings. We make resizing easy and hassle-free: just use our returns portal to send it back.
