To ensure your proposal remains a surprise, we send our parcels with a neutral sender. Nothing from HANDMADE-ENGAGEMENTRINGS.com can be read on the outside of the parcel.
As soon as your parcel has been shipped, we will inform you about your tracking number by e-mail. This way you are always informed about the current status of your shipment.
The delivery time is shown on the product pages on the right hand side, below the price. Selected models will be delivered in only a few days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
If you are in a hurry, it is best to call us before placing your order.
Yes, all rings are insured for the full amount of the purchased price until you hold your package in your hands.
If a ring is lost during shipment, we will replace it quickly.

Our standard shipping is free of charge. Within Europe, Lichtenstein, Norway and Switzerland we pay for the shipping costs as well as for returns.
If you need the ring really fast, you can choose the express shipping option when ordering. Express shipping costs 20 Euro and is recommended for all engagement rings that are available immediately. Look for the express symbol.
On HANDMADE-ENGAGEMENTRINGS.com you can pay by advance payment, PayPal (also by using PayPal with direct debit) and credit card.

Your personal data is safe with us. The transmission is always encrypted and cannot be read. All transactions are secured with SSL-certificates.
That's no problem at all. A ring size change of unengraved engagement rings is one of our free services. Simply use our return portal to return the ring.
If you want to find out the right size, you can do so very easily on our ring size page.
Should you or your partner not be satisfied with the engagement ring, you can easily cancel the purchase within 50 days and return the ring to us - free of charge.
Simply use our return portal (recommended) or fill out our online cancellation form. The period begins upon receipt of the goods.
We will refund the purchase price as soon as we have received the returned ring.
It is important that the ring has not been worn, other than for the fitting. Additionally you need to return the goods complete, in their original undamaged condition and without any damage to the original packaging.
However, we will still take your engagement ring back even if your partner has already worn it. We will only charge you a fee of 35 Euro for reconditioning it, which we will hold back when refunding the purchase price.

Yes, you can also cancel the purchase of an engagement ring with engraving, or change your ring size within 50 days of purchase. This way you can plan your proposal without rushing.
1. Ring size change without engraving
If you do not know the exact ring size, please order the ring without engraving first. After you have proposed to your partner, you can request to return the ring free of charge on our return portal and we will re-size ring to your desired size within 7 working days and add your engraving. This service is completely free of charge.
2. Ring size change with engraving
To re-size engraved ring, we need about 60 minutes including the new engraving. In some cases we have to melt the ring down completely and take out the diamond.
Therefore, we charge a fee of 35 Euro for re-sizing of rings that have already been engraved.
Within the first three years after purchase you can send in your worn ring for a reconditioning. Select "REPAIR" in the returns portal. We will clean the ring and work up any marks. Afterwards it will shine, like it did on the first day.
For all rings with a purchase price over 500 Euro reconditioning is free of charge. For all other rings we charge a flat rate of 35 Euro
VR is our hallmark, a seal that is embossed in every ring which we quality guarantee. The other designations in the ring band also contain information on diamond quality and the precious metal processed.
We are convinced that the moment of the proposal only belongs to you and your partner. In this emotional and significant moment we do not want to distract you with a logo.
