The ordering process at our shop
This is how it works: Your order with us
We offer high quality engagement rings and excellent customer service. We are committed to making your order at our shop easy and enjoyable. Here you can learn how the order process works in detail.
The shopping bag
- Select the appropriate ring size from the menu on the right of the detail page and place the desired ring in the shopping bag without obligation by clicking on "ADD TO BAG".
- You can see which items are already in your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page. You can now display a detailed overview of the selected items ("SHOW CHART") or proceed directly with your order ("CHECKOUT").
You can easily remove unwanted items by clicking on the small x in the list next to the quantity in the shopping bag.
Once you have found the engagement ring you are looking for, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page and then on "CHECKOUT". You have taken the first step and you are now being directed to the ordering process.
- Enter your e-mail, billing and delivery address in step 2. These details can be checked again in the last step. Click on "Save & continue to 2."
- Choose your preferred payment method in step 3: Prepayment, PayPal, Credit Card, Amazon Payments or bank transfer. With our SSL certificate, all your data is transferred securely. Click "Next Step".
- In step 4 you can check all details again and if necessary change them, confirm that you have read our general terms and conditions and the reference to your 50 day right of return. If everything is correct, send us your order by clicking on "ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY". We will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided.
- Your order will now be passed on to our workshop and the ordered item will be made for you.
- The delivery takes place within 7 working days. Some ring models are already pre-made, so we can ship your order within a few days only. These items are identified by the express symbol.
- As soon as your order has been handed over to the logistics partner, we will inform you of the shipment number by email. With this number you can track the current status of your shipment at any time.
When it has to be fast
If you are in a hurry, we can offer you an accelerated manufacturing process in combination with over-night express shipping. Please contact us by phone or email.
For all custom-made products, we clarify the exact procedure with you in advance by email and phone. Custom-made products will only be produced by us if you have given us your written consent.
